I decided to purchase the extra warranty after finding out how it was needed for my Apple product. I know that HP will take care of any needs I may have in a fast, efficient manner. The only issue is my HP touchsmart 610Q is so reliable that I may never get to use this service. HP made a great product and I am completely satisfied with my choice in PC. Kudos for a job well done.

Very pleased with this purchase. Very fast all-in-one. Love the wireless features, HDMI inputs and the touch screen is great.
