If you use a laptop like I use a laptop, then you will appreciate this purchase. I got 2 years with in home service and all the bells and whistles for just over 2 bills and my laptop was almost 2000. 3 years of coverage from the outstanding Company HP. Not a bad trade off if you ask me!!!

This laptop starts up quickly and is very portable. Love it and wish I had bought it sooner. My other one had become outdated but I put off buying one thinking it was ok. Big mistake and I won't do it again. Technology has substantially changed and this is fabulous.

I was very thankful for this extra coverage. I received my new laptop on a Friday and our puppy chewed the power supply cord. My husband didn't think it would be covered by the warranty but it did. Thank you HP!
