OK, HP must have decided to use the "Jimmy Johns" philosophy of "freaky fast" as I sent my computer on Tuesday, and had it back on Friday of the same week ! I was expecting the quoted delivery time of 7-10 days, but not counting shipping time, 2 days ???? Freaky Fast.....

Notebooks like telephones are carried around all the time, and yes they sometimes fall. In the case of my fully loaded DV6z, I cannot afford to loose it all in one drop! I recommend this insurance to everybody with a notebook, because.... you will drop that phone or notebook once in its life...for sure...

What can I say, it came in the mail. I put it away. Wouldn't you know my machine quit the night before the actual warrantly was over. I was advised that I would not have any (warranted) service in the future. I said whoa, I just ordered the 2 year. I had not registered it... my mistake. The end comment.. register your warranty that comes from HP. They don't . I intend to tonight!
