This machine is replacing the predecessor from 15 years ago...works just as good and has many features that I am really enjoying such as the double sided printing. I'm curious to see if it will live as long as the last one!

I am still baffled why in the world HP would stop making the 9000 series wide format printers but continue making the 5200. 9000 and 9050 printers were some of the best they ever made and the 5200 has been troublesome junk from day 1. Good thinking, HP!

Right out of the box, tray 1 does not work at all, trays 2 and 3 only work if the paper is situated landscape (portrait causes the paper to jam), and the printer does not auto select paper size, so every time you change the size of the paper in tray 2 or 3, you have to physically go to the menu on the printer and select the paper size. A major waste of time and money. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER!
