I was looking for a greater than 20 inch screen for home use. Has a very good finish and had no issues connecting to my laptop. Very light and very thin. Very good color and screen clarity.

The HP x2301 fits my needs perfectly. The small footprint on my desktop freed up much need desk space. Videos are ultra-sharp. The price direct from HP beat all other on-line stores and the delivery was super speedy.

Really happy with this purchase. Extremely thin that saves a ton of room, monitor looks great with any game I play or movie I watch. No brightspots, amazing stand.. I have bought a lot of HP products and will continue to do so.

This was one of the best monitors I've ever bought. The picture is excellent and I like where the controls set. It also has a very fast response time. I would recommend this monitor to anyone wanting a great monitor.

This monitor is a superb value for the price. The setup features are easy to learn, quick to use; However, if you are using a VGA cable setup, you will need to experiment with a custom resolution in order to achieve proper horizontal/vertical balance in your graphics. Colors are a personal choice; I found the monitor out of the box a bit heavy on green. Certainly, there are enough adjustment features to customize your perfect image. The monitor tilts for comfortable viewing, and the base is weighted to be very stable. These led back-lit monitors are sensitive to the touch and should be cleaned with a completely dry lint free cotton cloth.

Where do I begin. With aging eyes I often have difficultty picking out detail in graphs, photos and text. I needed a larger screen that was sharp. I have owned several monitors over the years but nothing has ever been this perfect.

This monitor is outstanding. It makes text look great and also does an excellent job of displaying video. My other computer is a Mac, so I was accustomed to excellent displays and wanted the same from a PC. This monitor delivers. It also has enough connections to be connected to a DVD player or Roku box.

Just got this a couple of days ago I am still learning but I like how big and bright the screen is I really like how things come up however I am trying to figure out why it is I have to restart my computer and how I can get it to stop I don't like that I have to enter my PW all the time so its a work in progress but it is great

This monitor has a great picture and it is very clear. I haven't run a movie on it yet, (need speakers) but pictures & web pages are bright & clear. Really puts my old monitor to shame.

I purchased TWO (2) of these monitors back in May 2012, to dual display. Since the day I got it have had NO issues. Purchased both at a crazy $140 price almost a year ago. Purchasing a new work computer and looking to dual display and I am looking to get TWO (2) more of these monitors. Sad to see the price is kinda hefty compared to other out in the market with same capabilities. However quality has not let me down and that's what I need for work!

I really wanted a monitor that gave a sharp picture. This one definitely does the job and is well worth a bit of reflection now and then. If I close the drapes, even that goes away. The only problem (which I had read in other reviews) was it did have some issues in reading the connection. I unplugged the power cord at the monitor base and reinserted it. Have not had any problem since. The image quality and classic good looks of this product make this the best monitor I've ever used. Color, contrast, image quality, and ease of setup make this a great buy!

I had a HP 17 inch monitor before and replaced it with the 23 inch. I love the size and the fine definition in the pictures.I would have liked it better if it had the speakers built right into the sides of the monitor.
