The department we purchased this for is really enjoying this printer and its ease of use. They do a lot of printing and usually need some help and I have hardly heard a word! The only thing lacking that we have discovered would be the ability to print a LARGE number of envelopes at at time. There is no add-on envelope feeder with this printer. All else is great.
