Printer drivers do not work properly

Printer drivers did not work properly, We spent 3 days with an IT tech to get it working through HP support. IT tech was HP certified. Then later the printer would not wake up and had to have a software update installed. Very poor installation and startup experience along with very expensive installation cost after purchase due to poor drivers. We have always bought HP printers for this company, but our last two Printers - this one and a larger format HP 2800 have both had driver issues without reasonable support from HP. We will probably look elsewhere next time unless we know there is an inprovement. We cannot afford the cost after purchase to get the thing working properly and/or lack of driver support when new operating systems come out.

Not for extended printing

I was trying to up grade top a new printer and purchased a HP 5525 with stand. Total cost $4000.00 +. The printer would produce approximately 150 double sided tabloid copies and then stop because it was overheating. According to your technicians this is normal. So, needless to say the printer has been returned.
