The 920XlL HP Printer Ink has always worked well and lasts a long time. It is also VERY convenient to have a new ink cartridge on my doorstep the day after I order it. I tried a "recycled" product twice and had to return both because they wouldn't print consistently.

This Cartrige leaked ink all over me, my cloths and my floor. I could not tell how much ink I lost so I did not complain. The cyan cartridge did the same. (Same order)

The feature that indicates when the cartridge is empty is always in error. The cartridge always lasts almost twice after the indicator says it is time to change. I know this is in your best interests, but is certainly not in the customers best interest.

There is no doubting the excellence of HP Inks, and the 920XL is no difference; however the pricing is the ONLY thing that drives us owners towards the aftermarket refurbished products which unfortunately can be a hit or miss especially if you have the newer HP machines! But as long as the Company keeps honoring returning customers with the coupons, I am a HAPPY HP Customer!!

In the past ink cartridges have worked well immediately. However, this cartridge didn't work at all after installation. I had to do a second-level cleaning, wasting ink from my color cartridges, before it would work normally
