We love our HP 4014 Printer. It does everything we need and ask of it and we've had ZERO problems in the two 1/2 years we've owned it. Our only request would be to allow the High Capacity Print cartridges but they are two big to fit in our printer. Don't know why HP would build a printer too small for those cartridges but they did! Never-the-less, we love our printer and recommend it highly!!
